It started early Friday morning and has going strong and will be going strong until late tonight. It looks like we will be stationed inside for at least the next 24 hours, so we will make the most out of it. So yesterday we spent most of the time looking for snow accessories and we were NOT the only ones. We were successful in some aspects of our snow accessories shopping even though it took us ALL day and we were ready to come home and start snuggling down for the weekend. We ended up with what we needed except the most important item: a snow shovel! Yea--you read it right, a snow shovel. Of course, we and everyone else who did not buy this item the last time we had a big snow storm was out running around town trying to find a snow shovel. You would have thought we had learned our lesson, but did we? Nope! Our neighbor came to our rescue, so at least, we aren't out of luck.
This is what we bought on our Friday adventures which includes several stops to several hardware and ski shops: snow pants, snow bibs, men's gloves, and youth girl's gloves
We did not up end with: a snow shovel and a sled. :(
